The Wilderness Society Ltd 2023 Annual General Meeting

The Wilderness Society made arrangements consistent with the Constitution and the law for the 2023 AGM to be held as an online meeting on Thursday, 29 November 2023, enabling Members to participate in the event remotely, receive reports from the current Board of Directors and be notified of the Election of Directors results.

This year our Board recommended some changes to The Wilderness Society Ltd Constitution, these proposed changes were based on governance advice and aligned the organisation’s Director terms with common not-for-profit governance practices. The related Special Resolution was agreed at the AGM.
