This platform can be used for donations in memory of a loved one and in lieu of flowers, with the aim of being a user-friendly way to help people with this process. Once you’re registered and set up, you can print the provided QR code or use the page link to share with friends and family.
Donate by advertising in the death notices
Many people choose to honour the memory of a loved one in the death notices. If you’d like to use this space to encourage friends and family to make a donation, here is some suggested wording you can use:

Requesting donations in your memory
A gift to the wild lasts much longer than the flowers at a funeral—and for many of us, it’s something we’d like at our own funerals. It’s a good idea to state this preference in your Will so that your executor can ensure this wish is met.
